News and Site Updates Kelly Powell made her 1st appearance on stage at the 2010 NPA Yorkshire Championships. She placed 2nd in the Ladies Physique and qualifies to this years Britain finals 24 October. Kelly had lost an outstanding 38kg to get in shape for this competition. She went from dress size 20 to 12 in 3 years on her own and then 12 to 6 under my tough regime. Her overall condition was very tight and she still has room to improve.  Imelda Flanagan becomes the new British Drug Free British Power Lifting Champion. On the 27th of March, weighing in at 42.7kg she won her weight category (U44kg) with a 66kg World Record Squat, a 107.5kg World Record Dead Lift and a 35kg Bench Press. She now prepares for the 2010 World Championships in November this year. Imelda Flanagan is awarded, Sports Woman of the year for 2009 at the Luton Sports Network Award held at the Vauxhall recreation club, 27th march.   Gary Dada becomes the new British Drug Free Single Lift, British Power Lifting Champion. On the 6th March,  he won his weight category (125kg) with a 200kg Bench Press. He now prepares for the 2010 Europeans Championships in October this year.
